With the active denial of climate change by the US Government, it’s becoming clear that the US is falling behind in the fight against changing weather and climate. The United States has pulled out the Paris Climate Agreement once already. But the climate and extreme weather plauge not just the United States but the rest of the world as well.
As we are seeing the news every month, every week, everyday almost, the worst national disaster that has been seen in a while. Temperatures are reaching new records and extreme weather is spreading across the global. How are we supposed to do anything about the extreme weather when the government is denying that these events are happening.
Some ways to do your part are recycling, composting, limiting how much plastic is being used and using green energy sources and more. The best way we can continue is on the individual level but putting pressure on industries that pollute the environment without a second thought.
